@Shirokuma the closing date is up to you as the comp carries over to the winner of the previous comp.
Well, it's been a week since the last post, so I'm guessing that reduakari is unable to put up a picture at the moment. I'll step in, then. What and where is this enclosure?
Giraffe enclosure is correct. Wait a minute... can't- you can't remember the zoo?! Then it looks like you've got a problem, there!
nope, I just have seen the exhibit in one of my books a long time ago. I know its American, and I know its both a well-known zoo and a well-known giraffe house (because of the wire barrier, mural background, and otherwise sterile surrounds) but other than that not a clue.
Ok, just to keep the thread going... Anyone wants to guess, where was this picture taken? It might not be easy, but hints will be given on request
Okay, I think I got it... It is... a wolf enclosure! That much was obvious. I think the problem with this thread is that a lot of members, although they have been to many zoos, may have not seen the same zoos that others have had, as oppose to "Guess the Species", where everyone knows general characteristics of species, therefore making it easier to guess correctly. Here, though, not so much. Hint request: Is the zoo in Europe? (If so, then I'm lost. )
Yes, it is a Wolf enclosure It´s not in Dublin, that would be too easy And it is in Europe, continental Europe, to be more specific. And Germanic language is spoken in this country. I agree with Anaheim Zoo, I haven´t visited many Zoos as well and I´ve never been outside of EU. But I think the idea of this thread was, that many ZooChatters know lots of zoos from pictures and websites, checking the Gallery etc... So maybe not many of you have visited this place, but might know about it from the forum or other sources. So, if no one knows now, you can ask more questions and we will get to the right answer eventually
Yeeees, it is! Wow! Anyone wants to guess which one? Edit: I hope I understand the German word "Wildpark" correctly. But I think it could fall into this category. The name of this place doesn´t contain the word "Zoo".
