Guineafowl and New World Quail in North American Zoos

I believe Cheyenne mountain zoo has crested guineafowl

 

They were with the Mountain Quail.

 

Sacramento no longer has Crested Guineafowl, nor did they when the list was posted.

Stone Partridge at San Diego Zoo is an addition.

 

Safari North keeps vulturine guineafowl

 

Not a zoo I expected to be adding to this! Living Treasures Jones Mills/Laurel Highlands has bobwhite.

 

How are helmeted guineafowl so rare? Are they really all just domesticated ones?

 

Nearly all Helmeted Guineafowl in NA zoos are the domesticated variety.

Saint Louis doesn't have bobwhite quail anymore.

 

Brights has crested guineafowl, and continues to keep vulturine guineafowl as mentioned in a previous post.

Riverbanks recently added Gambel’s quail, and either recently added or soon plans to add vulturine guineafowl (I assume the former because it was signed months ago at this point)
