Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is an aquarium in Walton Beach, FL. Dolphins, pinnipeds, crocodilians and many more species can be found here. The facility is currently in the midst of constructing Dolphin Oasis, a new modern habitat that will be triple the size of the current home for the dolphins. Super great news! I love how the tank is largely in ground, it is a different perspective to the tanks at a lot of other facilities.
On March 9th, 2024, the aquarium announced they opened Dolphin Oasis to the public on March 8th. The aquarium also announced that the former bottlenose dolphin tank will be used to rehabilitate Florida manatees starting in autumn 2024. Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park
Apparently, female dolphins Kyla and Amara were transported to the Gulfarium from Marineland Dolphin Adventure sometime this month (March). This increases the number of dolphins housed at the park to nine.
