Where are all the hagfish in Europe (if any)? They aren't listed on zootierliste, but I'm pretty sure the deep used to have them.

No hagfish remains on Europe, but some species are kept at South Africa (Two Oceans Aquarium), and USA. But the best region for hagfish exhibit is Japan - lots of species (basically all from genus Eptatretus) in most major aquariums of the country (and there are a LOT of aquariums)

I've seen hagfish in Kaapstad (Two Oceans Aquarium, Myxine glutinosa) and Sydney (Sea Life, Eptatretus cirrhatus).

The other group of jawless fish, the lampreys, are kept in a few European aquaria, but I never saw one.
