    If you take the area of the Welsh Mountain Zoo that actually has animal exhibits in the area there wouldn't be that much difference between the 2 in size.

    I believe it covers roughly 15 acres.

    Nice bit of news has been released by the zoo on their Facebook page....

    If you go to the Hamerton facebook page you can see a video of the cubs and their mother.

    The latest electronic newsletter confirms the rearing of Tayra in 2012 , along with Sloth and Binturong .

    Two large wind turbines have recently been erected . These will meet the Park's electricity needs as well as providing a surplus to be sold into the Grid .
