Please help I am trouble opening my social group! Is it something I did wrong? When ever I click on it it just takes me back to the social groups page.

It would be easier to help if your post was understandable...

I made a new social group it was working fine but now I cannot open it and when I try to open it it just takes me back to the main social group page.

You realize that the socials groups don't actually do anything? No one knows exactly why they exist.

Chances are that means its something admin can enable as an option under the forums software package; but which hasn't been setup, but which isn't actually disabled either. So its stuck in limbo in the middle- appearing but inactive.

I've seen such on other forums with things like subscription buttons that don't do anything because its not disabled (or can't be) but its not enabled and has nothing to link to it.

FYI - this feature was never really enabled in the previous version of the website and no longer exists in the current version.
