Hi, I am from Czechia, Prague. I am interested in zoology, so despite working for some years as an IT guy, I have started to study zoology or more specifically animal science focused on exotic animals and fishes at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Suchdol (just across the river from Prague zoo . I have found this forum while trying to get some information about foreign zoos, and it seems pretty cool, so here I am. I have visited almost all the Czech zoos (minus some very small ones), but only few zoos in other countries, namely Copenhagen, Nuremberg, Vienna, Warsaw, the old one in Paris, the aquarium in Gdynia and fokarium in Hel. I love water, so I am very interested in aquatic (mostly freshwater) animals (from manatees and cetaceans to small endemic fishes from the Indonesian black waters endangered by habitat loss), but not only, I love them all.
