    Yeah, I guess you're right. On that note, wouldn't it be crazy if people could train a quetzalcoatlus to do air shows? :D

    I know great whites and whale sharks have been kept in captivity, but compared to many smaller species they still don't do particularly well. Only a handful of places have managed to keep them going. Most great whites were only kept for short periods of time, and a lot of whale sharks have died early.

    The same is true for a wide range of species kept in zoos if you compare them with other related species (Black-and-white colobus - olive/red colobus, nine-banded armadillo-giant armadillo, giant anteater- silky anteater..). However, unlike the other mentioned shark species, the husbandry of these two is progressing.
