    Past pets:
    King Charles Spaniel X Maltese

Various fish listed below, everything was going fine, we only had 2 deaths in 3 years untill we introduced a bastard of a fish called a reticulated loach.

    Silver Shark (2)
    Sailfin Molly (1)
    Eastern Rainbowfish (1)
Reticulated Loach (ate all the fish listed) (1)
    Black Ghost Knifefish (1)
    Juvenile kribensis (1)
    Electric yellow (1)
    bolivian butterfly (1)
    german ram (1)
    guppys (4)
    angelfish (2)

    pearl danio (1)
    lemon tetra (around 6)

I never actually saw the attack in person (I didn't know the loach was eating other fish till it ate Bala shark and rainbow fish and then we removed it from the tank).

Ever thought about putting him on a diet and give him more exercise? Obesity kills slowly, but surely ...

He was actually born much bigger than the rest of is litter. It’s not so much that he’s fat, but more than he was just born large. He also was born with a crooked rib cage.

That's twice the max weight for an adult, though.

Given that the FCI sees the standard sized Dachshund at 9 kg (=19,84 pound) weight, he apparently continued with the exaggerated growth. I've seen my fair share of dachshunds in all three size categories, but never a healthy purebred specimen at not just twice, but three times the average weight.

None currently as pets are not allowed in my apartment building.

As a kid/teenager I've had rabbits, chickens, fish (various small freshwater species), cockatiels, a Schneider's skink, and a dog.
