I would love to be in a position to deny that I’m that transparent, but alas . . . !

 

Knowing my luck I would spend all day photographing the Sun Bears (if they get out of bed) and still wouldn't see her lol. I'm easy to spot, I suspect I'll be the only bloke with two camera's and four lenses attached to me. Apart from that I'm the good looking Blonde bloke

 

I never said anywhere I was intelligent though lol.

Here's my list, with date of first visit indicated. I want to visit every zoo, every where, of course - but, at the same time, would rather have three days at a brilliant zoo than spend six half days at mediocre zoos. I hope to be nudging towards 400 by the end of this year (obviously I have to keep ahead of @snowleopard, with whom I am currently tied on 372; perhaps a trip to the London WWT, which I have yet to get round to visiting, beckons....)

Are you a strict aquaria specialist, Moorish? Surely you've *been* to conventional zoos as well? Aside from those with aquaria attached?

 

Oh yes of course. As for zoo's i've visited atleast 20 zoos. Among them are Cincinnati Zoo, San Diego Zoo, San Francisco Zoo, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Viernheim Vogelpark, Luisenpark Mannheim, Cologne Zoological Gardens, Bioparco de Roma and The Paris Zoological Park.

Usually I visit aquariums mostly because I find that more species can be included in a single tank than animals in an enclosure. I also have a long list of species i'd like to see in said aquaria.

 

Living at opposite ends of the country, certainly we get to see some different places. For me, loads more places I’d really love to see, including lots on your list (Innsbruck especially).

 

I have visited a total of 58 zoos, aquariums, safari parks and theme parks.
