Ichneumonid wasps lay their eggs on the back of orb weaver spiders. The larva then reprograms the spider's brain and makes it build a simplified web that is suitable for the larva to live on. Once the web is completed the wasp larva eats the spider and completes its transformation into a wasp in the safety of the web. The story has video of this process. It's better than an episode of "The Walking Dead".
