if I lived closer to port lympne I would happily wait out in the middle of the night to try and catch one of these 'poachers' and if I do......... oh you don't want to know what I would do

Well seeing as the poaching problem isn't in KENT I think this is a very pointless comment!!!

    "pointless" is my middle name

well from what I can gather from:

"bring their vile activities to the UK."

“In the light of what Kent police have told us is a genuine threat, we will do everything to protect our herds"

"a credible threat from poachers to our rhino herds at Port Lympne and Howletts"

" have plotted raids in the UK."

all taken from the aspinall parks website.
this is threatening the black rhinos living in the parks.

My instinct on this (and I would hope I'm not wrong) is that it's a "pub-type rumour" that's spiralled a bit out of control.

Like any outlandish threat it will still be taken seriously because nobody fancies having to explain, post event, why they didn't react to the rumour on the 1% chance it was credible.

At $65,000 per kilo, it really is only a matter of time before poaching of rhinos happens in the UK.

Well given the very recent very anti-zoo words coming out of Damians mouth recently,I think this sounds very much like a nice piece of news for him to turn round and say he is closing both the parks, and sending all the animals back to the wild,so that they will all be in an even worse place, than they are in a ZOO in kent!!
