    I'd say move her somewhere where she can meet other orcas after years of loneliness. Maybe Marineland Antibes, but France has banned Orca transfer, so it's not possible. I think the future whale sanctuary would be perfect.

    September 11, 2001 crippled tourism. April of that year MSQ was looking forward to building a new facility.

    MSQ offered up a home for Keiko because he continued to interact with humans and not other whales. He even was severely injured by ice at one point. As for the Norwegians, they refused to make any promises that Keiko would not be hunted. It’s their culture
