Are there any reserves that are open at night? I would love to go on owl-watching trips. I also heard that Labrador Nature Reserve has pangolins that are visible at night...

I believe all Nature Reserves disallow visits at night. But some Nature Parks adjacent to the Reserves do not have restrictions on night time visits. You can check the National Parks' website: National Parks Board

I am referring to the many of the nature reserves and parks in Singapore. Is Night safari a good place for owl watching? I'd love to see a Sunda Scops owl!

    Thank you!

Night Safari keeps Sunda scops owls together with collared owlets and lesser mouse-deer at the Leopard Trail

I know that NS has those owls in captivity. I meant is Night Safari a good place for wild owl watching?

Not really. There are wild owls at Mandai but they are not easy to spot.

Pasir Ris Park in the East is a good place to try spotting owls. There are resident Spotted Wood, Buffy Fish and Sunda Scops Owls at the park.

I visited Pasir Ris at the worst time on my visit, and I saw what might have been a Black capped kingfisher. What time is the best for Pasir Ris?

I visited Sungei Buloh wetland reserve and I was lucky enough to spot a Buffy Fish-Owl that was pointed out to me by a bird guide. I'm not too sure about night time visits there.

I have heard of the Buffy fish owl in Sungei buloh, but was unaware at the time of my visit.
