Just found this photo of a Greater Adjutant Stork from Tierpark Berlin that's from 1970. Other than the Greater Adjutant, Nilgai & Blackbuck were there any other species in this exhibit? What other Asian / Indian animals are compatible or have been housed with Greater Adjutants back in the day as there are sadly none in European or USA zoos currently?

I think, my home zoo (Dortmund) had blackbuck, nilghai, greater adjutant (1975-1996), lesser adjutant and asian black-necked stork in the same enclosure in the 80´s.

There were also Malayan Tapirs (with Sarus cranes) and Axis deer around, but in different enclosures

Two Adjutant species in the same enclosure? That is EPIC!!! I wonder how tall the fence must've been to contain them.

    @ Sarus Crane:

If you will come to Dortmund someday, you can watch the fence, as the enclosure still exists (still housing nilghai and blackbuck, now together with the axis deer and gaur in a seperate enclosure)
