    The lens has a zoom range far beyond anything you could get in a camera with changeable lenses (either SLR or Mirrorless). So if you want an all-in-one solution that is not bad. The quality will be good, but not on the same level as an SLR, because the sensor is physically smaller. Sensor size (and lens design) is what determines picture quality - not pixel count. (The general public does not understand this). If your goal is to print big photos (16x20 inch or more), you are better of with an SLR or high end Mirrorless. If your goal is to post pictures online and perhaps do small prints, this camera will be great.
