How do you get an image within the post like that? I tried to do it earlier but couldn't get it to work.

I make them using imgflip.com and with that website, it comes up with a "BBCode (forums)" option.

Are pandas that rare?Besides, they are just bamboo consumers.Cuddly are the only reason why they are popular.I rather see other species of bear.

That would be the opinion of many/most ZooChatters, and the arrival of rented multi-million dollar pandas at a zoo is often associated with a decline in the collection and excessive expenditure on the pandas at the expense of other things. So that variation on a classic (overused) meme refers to a bad 'brace yourselves'.

I think you would need to have watched whatever obscure show that photo is from in order to understand the intent behind the given statement.

    What's more unfair?

The fact that 1% of the worlds population holds over 50% of the worlds money, or the fact that @ThylacineAlive will never choose marsupials for the Zoochat Challenge?

What's worse? Feeding a gremlin after midnight or feeding the Lesser Fijian Trolls at all.

This is not a joke, but I couldn't put it in the irritating thread because I was highly amused rather than irritated. Overheard yesterday at the sifaka enclosure at Cotswold W P: "'Are those the ones with opposable tails?"

How about this one? Again, not quite a joke, but I guess the joke was on me . . . !

At Brno Zoo on Monday, my partner was walking along with me, and he happened to check his phone. “It’s a boy.” he said.

“Oh my God!” I shrieked, thinking that he meant THE birth of the year, the two month old sun bear cub at Usti Nad Labem Zoo who we had visited the previous Wednesday, and who I was absolutely dying to find out the sex of. I mean, what else could ever possibly be such important news?

Turns out that he only meant the royal baby.

Pitohuis are poisonous. The toxin is in their feathers.
