Keystone Safari, the new sister park to Living Treasures Moraine, officially opened to the public yesterday.

Note: Living Treasures Moraine and Living Treasures Laurel Highlands have different owners. Keystone Safari is owned by the owner of Living Treasures Moraine.

Barbary Lions, Brazilian Tapir, Spotted Hyenas, Mandrill. How interesting.

The "Barbary Lions" are impure animals that display the general wild phenotype.

I don't know why everyone makes a big deal about Spotted Hyenas. They are common in the private trade (and therefore also roadside zoos), and aren't that rare in the AZA either.

I believe this collection purports to have Lesser Rheas.

A friendly reminder to all members: When creating a thread for a new facility, if you find that there is no existing prefix for that place you can request that it be added to the list of prefixes. The new gallery request thread for the current year can be found under the main header titled ZooChat Website Help & Feedback. The link for 2018 is here Open - New Gallery Request Thread 2018 and soon there will be a new link for 2019.

In this particular case (Keystone Safari) I have just done that and will move this thread once the new gallery is created. Thanks for your help everyone.

Unfortunately there are not any maps at this time. Both facilities are in flux and changes are still being made at both.
