Ten young Komodo dragons have been received from the USA. Two females will stay at the zoo (which already has a 7 year old male), the rest will be distributed around Germany and the rest of Europe.

Zoo Leipzig: Zehn Komodowarane importiert - Zoo Leipzig vergrößert europäische Population

Before Gondwanaland opened there was talk of tarsiers coming to the zoo. None is listed on Zootierliste however. Did any ever make it to Leipzig, or are there still plans to get them?

If tarsiers came to Leipzig, that would just be one more pressing reason to get there :p somehow don't think this will come to pass though...
