    The Lemur Conservation Foundation is a 130-acre facility in Myakka City, Florida. Species at the facility are collared lemur, common brown lemur, ring-tailed lemur, mongoose lemur, and red-ruffed lemur.

    On February 3rd, the foundation announced that a (0.1) mongoose lemur named Luna was born on May 15th, 2021.

    On February 17th, the foundation announced that they moved a (1.0) mongoose lemur named Julio to an open-range forest exhibit to become breeding partners with a (0.1) named Kikeli.

    On March 3rd, the foundation announced they transferred a (1.0) mongoose lemur Bimbini to the Naples Zoo in Florida.

    On March 10th, the foundation announced they transferred (1.1) mongoose lemurs Felipe and Consuela to the Saint Louis Zoo in Missouri.

    On July 29th, the foundation announced that another (0.0.1) mongoose lemur was born on June 9th.

    On August 24th, the foundation announced they acquired a (0.1) mongoose lemur Zoe from the Philadelphia Zoo in Pennsylvania.

    On September 6th, the foundation announced they moved Zoe and a (1.0) mongoose lemur named Mateo to a forested exhibit.

    On August 27th, the foundation announced that a (0.0.1) ring-tailed lemur was born on July 4th and is the first of its species to be successfully bred since 2017.

    On October 3rd, the foundation announced that due to Hurricane Ian, the facility saw extensive damage to buildings and lemur exhibits, causing over $50,000 in damages.

    On January 4th, 2023, the foundation announced the lemur's gender (0.1) and name, Fernanda/Fern.

    On January 11th, the zoo announced the lemur's gender (0.1) and name, Finch.

    On July 18th, the foundation announced that (1.1) collared lemurs named Percival and Bernadette were born on April 6th.
