It's Australian summer to celebrate the opening of Koala Creek and now the only place in Europe to see Southern Koalas

Can you fit Wild Place or Noah’s Ark in to your trip as well?

No unfortunately not :( as I’m driving to longleat, stopping in Bristol for one night, doing Bristol zoo and then driving back for a long time.

I presume you're aware of the lights being on for a short while after opening time in the Nocturnal House -not everything might be out but you'll get a good view (and photo opportunity) of anything that is.

Made it up to Longleat today again as the other half wanted to see the new arrivals that have turned up since we last went to the festival of lights in November. Was good to see the new koala's, otters, crocodiles ect ect. Did any one happen to know what eventually happened to all the rays and that given the crocodiles seem to have acquired there enclosure. I knew what happened to the penguins but hadn't heard anything about those.

Few different signs up today about various other enclosures closed for maintenance and new exhibits being on the way to.

It was yes although we didn't see very much of it as it was tucked away inside its house asleep when we went by this morning.

Good to know that it is already on show. What area is it in? Animal Adventure, Jungle Kingdom or somewhere else?

Apologises if it's already been mentioned but does anybody know why the white rhino no longer seem to be out in the big game park? The last couple of times I've been and by the looks of recent photos they always seem to be in there yard.

The last I heard (September 2018) was that they were in TB restriction, not the park itself but fields in the vicinity so I think they took them out of the drive through just as a precaution.
