Looking for book on Philippine or Russian Mammals

Hey everyone. I've recently been bolstering my wildlife book collection.

I've been looking for books that cover specific regions of mammals. Two regions I've had trouble locating books for are The Philippines and Russia.

For Philippines I did find:

however this book may be a little outdated as it was published in 1977. Can anyone vouch for the quality of this book?

For Russia I've found 3 volumes of "Mammals of Russia and Adjacent Regions" that are pricey and only cover Lagamorphs, Baleen Whales, and Jerboas respectively. I was hoping to find one comprehensive book.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to suggest any other must have mammal books (especially ones featuring photographs).
