I make a map of Japanese Zoo and Aquarium using google. I use JAZA and this website (動物園・水族館特集｜アクセスや季節のイベントをご紹介！お出かけをサポート) for help. In total, I found 102 zoos and 86 aquariums scatter across the country, from small facilities with 10 species to proper zoos with a few hundred species. I don't count farms as zoo, but if they call themselves "Zoo", I will mostly count them in, unless they have less than 10 non-domestic species. Here is the map: Japanese Zoo+Aquarium - Google My Maps

Thanks. I now include a new layer called " Specialist facilities", and I guess Tokkari Center Marine Park may belong there. I've already include mountain aquarium under "Northern Daichi Aquarium" BTW I have now try to include some information and special animals for zoochatters under the map.
