I’ve seen CollectA figures for sale at the gift shop at the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch near San Antonio, Texas.
I think sometimes gift shops at museums and zoos will have them, and I'm pretty sure I saw a CollectA display at a small toy store in Houston, but I don't know if any big chain stores have them.
For those that like obscure species of wild cats. This page sells extremely accurate figurines of almost every dreamable species The bad side is the high price, tough. But for those that don't mind money... Beauty of the Beasts Animal Figurines & Collectibles por BEAUTYofBEASTS
My lattest additions: (repainted) Collecta's striped hyena Kaiyodo's Wild Rush serval (too small... but the best done of all the servals in the trade!) Kayiodo's Iriomote cat Takara Tomy's Japanese crested ibis nesting Kitan Club Nature Techni Colour frilled shark
Despite being too big (compared with my figures of larger species), I bought the quokka too. It's a new figure for 2019, but it's in stationeries and stores even in november-december 2018 (that's when I bought mine in a stationery along with a musk ox and leatherback turtle). I know of various other animal figurine collectors that also got it before the New Year... Quite pleasant when comparing with the new 2019 CollectA's and Safari's figures that are still not available even in online shops... The quokka is very well done, just the bad thing is that the CE and "Made in China" are on the right leg (outside) instead of the belly, and very big and noticeable. So the animal is only nice from the left side... I also want to show here my last addition: the Colorata's cookiecutter shark (Isistius brasiliensis). It's the smallest of my figures, but despite of its size is very accurate
A hole for attach the figure in a vertical stick that is attached into a flat platform. See here: https://www.picclickimg.com/00/s/NT...orata-Real-Figure-box-Set-Shark-Deluxe-_1.jpg
My lattest additions. The photo doesn0t make them justice. They're just PERFECT! Opah (Lampris guttatus) Comores coelacanth (Latimeria chalumnae) Colossal squid (Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni) And oarfish (Regalecus glesne) The four together: I'm in love with all of them!
