I'm sure you're right - a good place to end their days.

No they are not, none of two groups are anywhere near the siamang gibbons. I have already pointed out where they are as I visited just a few weeks ago.

Wow that's telling them! Except they moved in the middle of April to where Gigit correctly says they are.

Are they going to move Onion perhaps? It's hardly fair to keep the poor thing on his own.

He's not on his own, he's with Sam his father but I do wonder what will happen when one of them dies.

don't worry, onion still lives with his dad sam. both have had the snip so that the family could stay together.

Its a shame Onion got the snip, as he couldn't move and find a mate as they would do in the wild. It's nice for Sam and Onion have eachother though, it must be beneficial to them to have another family member around when one dies

Good that there's still Sam to keep Onion company :)

I went onto wiki to get the MW web link, thought that wasn't (isn't still?) working, and scanned the bit about the siamangs, since someone seems to keep it updated. It didn't mention Sam (and I couldn't check the site), hence why I thought poor Onion was alone. Food for thought though, since if Sam does go, they'll have to find someplace or someone for him.

That's good news (Hsiao-Quai is Kais mother for those who don't know) Seeing as she did a good job last time it should all go to plan this time.
