Just gave my result into the poll and now London Zoo is even standing stronger ;). From the list it still is the only zoo I've visited sofar. From the Netherlands London is offered very often by tour-operators for day or weekend visits and if you only have a few days to stay in this way in the UK you want to see some of the city and you prop. only have the time to visit one zoo - most logicaly of course London Zoo.
I'm however still making plans to went back to the UK to visit some other collections ( and hopefully meet some intresting ZooChatters :).

Been to 9/10 on the list!

Only Chester is missing. They didn't really have many mammal species I'd never seen- I think Livingstone's flying fox was only one back when I was in the UK in 2009/2010, which they appear to no longer have. As of last year they now have lowland streaked tenrecs, which would also be new for me ;)

I'm surprised that 8 of the people here that voted went to Berlin Zoo and not Berlin Tierpark!? Seems like way too big of a number haha.

Like I’ve previously mentioned, I’ve only been to Californian zoos hence why I voted for Los Angeles and San Diego. Los Angeles was more of a recent visit as I went December 2017.

Just added Berlin Zoo and Tierpark. Forgot this existed. Now I have visited 3/10.

If you ever get the time, you should visit Chester. It really is spectacular.

I was a bit surprised that I’ve been to 5 of the 10 one the list! These are, San Diego, Bronx, Los Angeles, Smithsonian and Taronga. Not bad, considering that I haven’t been to nearly as many zoos as some of you lot.
