I have appointed two new moderators - mstickmanp and jbnbsn99, who have graciously accepted my request to help out with running the forums. They will primarily be looking after the USA/Canada sections of the site, but will help out elsewhere where they can. Moderators are a volunteer position, they commit their time for the benefit of the community and in return, I think they should deserve our gratitude and respect (I am certainly grateful for the help they give me!). Please make them welcome in their new roles and be a bit forgiving as they find their feet! I'm sure they will do a great job.
When I go back to Dallas in two months, I guess I better pay for jbnbsn99's dinner to gain favor Seriously, though, congrats to both. I have met each of them at their respective zoos and its a great choice.
Congrats guys! I've also met both in person and spent a day with each at the Los Angeles and Dallas zoos. Great choices!
Congratulations guys. I enjoy your contributions as posters and I don't doubt that you will be effective moderators.
Hey well done guys, Sim talked about his intention to appoint additional moderators at the inaugural Zoochat get together. I was wondering who he would select, congratulations. Your commitment to community service is testimony to your character all the best to bith of you.
Congratulations, I was very happy to see the important reorganization of mexico and south america. This was very very good news.
Congratulations! Two very likable ZooChatters who are perfect for the role; knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to talk with.
