Has anyone more information about this zoo. Because 0,2 lions from here will be sent there (if I heard it correct - but for sure Sri Lanka).
When I visted the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (in April 2012) right in the Pinnawala area they had signs posted up about the "Pinnawala Zoo" in the works, with pictures of all kinds of exotic animals and what the zoo will generally look like when it maybe opens in the future. I hear it'll be an extension of sorts of the Elephant Orphanage to lure more tourists to the area with its multiple animal attractions.
