I do not know anything about these matters, but I cannot see it is unusual for a zoo to put a dead animal in a freezer - it happens all the time at the zoo I know best.

i think its wrong and dead bodies should be dispposed properly instaed of freezers with carcasses in , and its a bad impression for people who havnt been to the zoo farm.

It was the tiger's head that was placed in a freezer, its body was buried on zoo land.

I just had to say that this is common practise, dead animals can be stored in freezers until they are cremated in bulk. Usually happens with smaller animals than a tiger but I don't see anything at all wrong with putting a dead animal in a freezer???

It is practice that most dead animals, including humans, are put in cold storage until either autopsy or burial. That's basically what a morgue is.

the owner was also privately filmed and he was breeding tigers and camels that came from the circus which is ok but are zoos allowed to transfer animals back to the circus?

Well seeing as the animals involved were still owned by the said circus, why shouldn't they be allowed to take an animal which is theres back!!

Nothing like dragging up the past..... Again. These matters were investigated and no animal welfare issues were found :(
