    In mine too. Only some chapters relate to Howletts but is well written by a professional Biographer and it puts the whole scenario of the Parks into a more complete perspective of J.A's life. If he can find this book GorillaBoy will obviously enjoy the chapter 'The Coming of Kisoro.'

    Have to agree, I enjoyed reading both, but the personal touch in "The Best of Friends" definately struck my interest to continue my research further. It is a very hard book to find, but I have got it, If you can find it "John Aspinall among his friends" is a very interesting read, it was published in time for his memorial, and was given to people at the event, how I managed to get such a cheap copy on ebay has stunned me ever since I found how very little copies there are! Try and have a look around for it GB.

    That is the complete list of all books on Aspinall I believe.
