Many smaller nature centers- at least in Northeast Ohio- have rescued owls as well.

Lake Erie Nature and Science Center (Bay Village, Ohio)- barred, Eastern screech, great horned (I believe)
North Chagrin Nature Center (Mayfield Village, Ohio)- barred, Eastern screech, great horned
Penitentiary Glen Kevin P. Clinton Wildlife Center (Kirtland, Ohio)- barred, Eastern screech, great horned, short-eared

Did the facility expand their live animal exhibits? I visited six or seven years ago, and the only bird I remember seeing was a single aviary with a Raptor (can't remember what one).

No - currently its only a raven so I've heard. I've also heard conflicting reports about how many raptors they have.

Pueo is not a new species for the list because it's a subspecies of Short-eared Owl.

Something I feel a need to say: I am increasingly finding the regular posts with social media links to be frustrating and spam on these threads than anything else. Many of the links do not take me to the actual post with the bird and I have to dig and find it to have a look. I would also like to say these threads were not originally intended to be a complete catch all - I wanted to cover the AZAs and places like Sylvan Heights, tracking places visited at least occasionally and keeping an eye on rarities. I didn't intend them as catch-alls for every tiny place with a Red-tail or Budgie. Already the lists are very hefty to maintain and having every little place thrown at me is not helping my interest in updating these threads. Then too I probably would not mind as much if they were actual visit reports and not the result of keyboard warrioring. When and if I do update the threads again there is a high probability of small places with common species being ignored and being left off for both my interest in doing it and the relatively tiny impact such places have on the overall list.
