I'd love to have a painting made by a stingray. Anyone know where I can buy one?

Sooo this took a while to put together. I've gone through every zoo website - AZA and everything on the zoochat map for north america - along with every AAZK facebook page to put this together. I'm going to break it down into several posts so it's easier to read. I'm going to start with the two categories that likely are missing some, zoos that sell stuff in gift shops and zoos that sell works at events. The gift shop one, in particular, is probably lacking; the two I've bought stuff at, Dallas (magnets only) and Omaha (16x20" canvases only) both don't say anything online about having those products available.

Zoos that sell work in gift shops
    ABQ Biopark
Binder Park Zoo? – Paintings, framed paintings, coasters, shadow boxes with quills and feathers
    Cougar Mountain Zoo
Dallas Zoo – small magnet pieces done by most species in the zoo, stock varies.
Denver Zoo – sell ornaments at Christmas time, made by Rocky Mountain AAZK.
Indianapolis Zoo – sell ornaments at Christmas time, made by Indianapolis AAZK.
Lincoln Children’s Zoo – Purchase paintings in the Treetop Toys store at the zoo. Species: Bobcat, Hive animals (reptiles), Humboldt Penguin, Hyacinth Macaw, Ring-tailed Lemur, Serval, Silkie Chicken, Snow Leopard, White-faced Whistling Ducklings, White-striped Skunk. Sold out: Dromedary Camel, Hedgehog, Meerkat, North American River Otter, Tammar Wallaby, Three-banded Armadillo.
Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo – 16x20” size only. Large selection.
    Palm Beach Zoo
    Sequoia Park Zoo?
    Utah’s Hogle Zoo
Wildlife Safari – canvases and occasionally other items.

Zoos that occasionally do auctions/events, either online or in person
AAZK of MN – Summer Art Fair
Binder Park Zoo/Battle Creek AAZK - Paintings, framed paintings, coasters, shadow boxes with quills and feathers
    Brookfield AAZK
    Buttonwood Park Zoo
Cape May County Zoo AAZK – sell paintings and ornaments (with feathers) at Art Gone Wild and Christmas events; will ship.
    Columbus Zoo
    Denver Zoo
    Greater Cincinnati AAZK
    Greater Houston AAZK
Greater Sacramento AAZK – sell paintings and ornaments at holiday sales and AAZK events. Species include red panda, bongo, chimpanzee, orangutan, giraffe, sloth, and reptiles.

The experience at NEW Zoo doesn't involve the animals painting. The humans do the art and get to meet a few animals.

Edit: I found the one you meant! I didn't include it because it's only for groups of people. But for those that might be interested, the details:

The group can consist of up to 15 people, $8 per person, minimum $50. For 2 animals it's $10/$70. Species options are armadillo, snake, lizard, tortoise. The group will receive 1 large canvas, 2 medium, OR 3 small, with additional ones $5 each (maximum of 5 total canvases, so not everyone will receive one).

You can also add on a painting to a giraffe or penguin encounter. Same rules apply, must be a group, same canvas sizes, $15 per person with $125 minimum.

Interesting, I didn't come across any other places that include it in their day or half day programs!

Adventure Aquarium has prints in their gift shop - "turtle", penguins, and hippos (matted, 11x14", $60).
