Here's an article on the baby boom. I like to think this will be good for them all, they'll all have a playmate close to their age: Discovery Cove: It's a baby dolphin boom - Orlando Sentinel
They actually have a few more hybrids! All are Gilli x Truncatus hybrids of the following percentages gilli: 50%-Astra 37.5%-Nueces 25%-Madison, Aries*, Kyla, Amara 12.5%-Sasha, Gala And Nueces' calf depending on parentage, is either 18.75 or ~23% Gilli * In addition, Aries is a three way hybrid! She is 25% Gilli, 50% Truncatus, and 25% Common Dolphin. She is the only captive dolphin in the world to be a three way hybrid, and probably the only one in the entire world, as well.

SeaWorld Orlando is getting a renovation for the dolphin nursery providing better visitor experience, a Virtual Reality option for Kraken (big floor less coaster) and "Electric Ocean", a light show with street performers that will take place (presumably daily or on weekends) after dark.
Someone was arrested for touching girls at Aquatica, disgusting. On a happy note he has been banned from all SeaWorld properties.: Man accused of inappropriately touching girls at Aquatica water park | WFTV Also, SeaWorld is suing a property assessor, along with several other theme park companies.: Disney, Universal, SeaWorld sue property appraiser over assessments - Orlando Sentinel In happier news the pregnant manatee who was rescued in Nantucket Sound last month will be moved to SeaWorld Tuesday. An Adelle Penguin with feather loss has been given a special wet suit to wear: “Naked” penguin at SeaWorld Orlando gets special wetsuit
Tilikum has died, according to the AP. Unlike certain other whales in the care of individuals who are not SeaWorld there will be a necropsy. He was 36 (est): SeaWorld: Tilikum, orca that killed trainer, has died
Yes, also Keiko. Something tells me that had visser really wanted to do a necropsy she would have found a way to have it done.
Race car driver banned from parks for protes-, er, mourning Tilikum. Pro Race Car Driver Banned From SeaWorld for 'Mourning Loss' of Tilikum She tweeted the whole parking lot thing? Stick to racing, dude. "Mourning" isn't your strong suit.
A 35 year old Bottlenose Dolphin named Lily has been euthanized due to oral cancer: SeaWorld dolphin with cancer dies
The park's 4 pilot whales have officially moved to Shamu Stadium. There are no immediate plans to add them to any shows, but they will be in underwater viewing. SeaWorld's pilot whales get a new home at Shamu Stadium
Commerson's dolphin at Aquatica Orlando unexpectedly becomes pregnant despite contraceptive use SeaWorld dolphin's surprise pregnancy shows animal birth-control limits
Quite a bit of news since then. @zoomaniac, Ringer had actually given birth about a month before your post (lol). The calf died minutes after birth. Nobody knows who the sire was, could've been Juan, Ross, or Pepe. Whisper is now pregnant, the sire of her calf is Naluark. Of the babies born at Discovery Cove, two are now dead. I don't know if somebody already mentioned this. Nero died of a vaccination reacting in November 2016, and Star died from "failure to thrive" in October 2016. SeaWorld Orlando and Discovery Cove have been exchanging dolphins quite a bit lately. CJ was sent to Orlando's Dolphin Cove, Tyler and Roka are now in Animal Care with many other adult males. Dolphin Days is now open, only featuring Tiger, Diego, Marble, Starbuck, Phil, Clyde, Baretta, Bubba, and Alejandro. Alpha and CJ are being used as breeders, but they left Dexter and Rascal in Dolphin Cove just in case. For the Dolphin Nursery expansion, Naia, Dash, and Ariel were sent into Animal Care, though Naia has since moved into Dolphin Cove and Yar has taken her place in Animal Care. Sasha has since moved into Dolphin Cove from Discovery Cove as well. SeaWorld Orlando sent Lily, Starla, Aurora, Gertrude, Archer, and Nigel to Discovery Cove in late 2016 or early 2017. Since then, in February, as someone already mentioned, Lily was euthanized due to mouth cancer. The "naked" Adelie penguin has regrown her feathers. Dolphin Nursery's progress is unknown. I'm not sure if it's open yet, since Dolphin Days happened totally unannounced I wouldn't be surprised if this was the same way. I'm not sure why that is, they made so much hype for the upcoming Sea Lion and Otter Stadium show a couple years ago. SeaWorld Orlando plans to open ORCA Encounter in 2018 or 2019, the show has already opened at SeaWorld San Diego. As for the pilot whales, they can be viewed in F Pool sometimes, other times the orcas have access to F Pool. I've seen videos in which the pilot whales also had reign over other pools, presumably G. Ace and Ava tend to be more interactive compared to Fredi and Piper. About the births in Discovery Cove, there is more information. Damara's daughter was sired by Alpha and has been named Delilah. Astra's daughter was sired by Kenobi via artificial insemination. Gala had a daughter on May 12, 2016 named Eden, sire is unknown. Frankie had a false pregnancy. Storm is a female. Titan was sired by CJ, and Nero was sired by Scott. The sires of Star and Kona were confirmed by a Discovery Cove trainer to be either Lester or Capricorn, as Roxy and Stella were not held with any other males apparently. Eden is completely unknown, could be literally any male at Discovery Cove or any male trained for artificial insemination.
