    Hello

Does anyone know any journals which have researched the use of plants within Mixed Species Exhibits.

    Thanks

The AZH is the best source on plants (Association of Zoological Horticulture - Home)
But... in my experience it can be difficult comparing one locale to another, one mix of species to another, one enclosure to another.
There is no, and probably could never be any, simple recipe of plants to use for an exhibit of x and y and z

What makes sense in a large enclosure in Chester is not going to be the right selection in a small enclosure in Port Lymphe, not to mention San Diego or Barcelona. What works for an elephant/kudu exhibit is not what works for an elephant/zebra exhibit, etc.

Some things simply require experience, experimentation, ingenuity and attentiveness to figure out anew each time

Still, the EAZA Zoohorticulture Group (EZG) may be the people for you to begin with

    Hi Cheryll,

If you had looked onto Moodle, you would have found the lecture notes provided for you with lots of links to journals that could have been used for your assignment.
