This is a thread based off of Zoofan15's Zoo Decisions
It's a game where members of Zoo Chat are the zoos directors (or co-directors if we are going at this literally) and they take care of the zoos animals and guests while building new exhibits, importing animals, and solving scenarios
If you are interested in this I encourage you to check it out as it is very fun and I myself play this game along with them
Anyway I took this this game and added something that they were missing......
    DINOSAURS!!!!!!!!!
This game is also based off of the Walking with Dinosaurs spin-off Prehistoric Park
The location and original dinos come from the TV show
Anything that is added in this thread is not
Anyway I encourage you to go to the Zoo Decisions Part 2 thread if you are interested in it and I encourage you to watch the Prehistoric Park TV series
The original animal list and game rules will be in posts below

Here is how the game works
    One person proposes a scenario
    Scenario
The park officials want to raise the parks prices
    Do you.....
    A. Raise the prices
    B. Don't raise the prices
    Then the second person answers....
    A. Raise the prices
Explains the effects of the decision....
As the raise is small the parks guests don't care
And then proposes a new scenario

    Here is the first scenario
The Wooly Rhino is getting stressed from all of the attention it is receiving from the guests as the park has just opened
Because of this it has been charging its enclosure walls causing the threat of it breaking out
    Do you......
    A. Remove the Wooly Rhino from its enclosure to relieve stress
    B. Do nothing

Nice change from a modern animal setting, well here it goes

    A) We remove the Wooly Rhino from his enclosure to relieve stress.

Consequences: The Rhino is calm and we will try to build him a more suitable enclosure

Scenario:Theo The Triceratops seems alone,Nigel has planned another journey back to the Cretaceous to get some friends for him....Should we

    A) Capture Another Male
    B) Capture an all female herd
    C) Capture a mix herd of males and females

Probably welfare issues with only one mammoth -- best practice guidelines suggest a group of at least three, preferably more, with facilities to keep a bull. Which mammoth species are we talking about here?

    B. Capture some females
Theo is very aggressive because he grew up alone and he might kill another male if he was housed in the same exhibit
As every animal in Prehistoric Park is Extinct in the Wild it is Nigel's top priority to breed every animal a couple females would be good for breeding the trikes
    Scenario
Stowaway the Troodon escaped from her enclosure last night and killed one of the juvenile Ornithomimuses
Keeper Bob proposes the idea the idea that we renovate Stowaways enclosure to a special enclosure that will prevent escapes
    Do we.....
    A. Use Keeper Bobs idea
    B. Use a different design
    C. Do nothing

The mammoth is kept in a group of elephants
In fact there was an entire episode dedicated to saving Martha and how they had the remarkable idea of integrating her into a elephant herd
As for what species I have no clue as it was never mentioned in the show
However in the DVD (which I happen to have ;)) there are creature bios for every animal
I will check that to see if there are any clues to which species of mammoth Martha is

3 mistakes in the species list that I apologize for
As I cannot edit after a while of time here are the mistakes in the species list and where they are in the list along with their fixes
The Woolly Rhino should be the Elasmotherium, another kind of prehistoric rhino that looked exactly like the Woolly Rhino but preferred open grasslands instead of snowy forests
The Terror Bird should be the Phorosucos as Terror Bird is WAY too broad with there being several species of giant flesh eating birds in prehistory
The Wooly Mammoth is also WAY to broad as there have been several species of giant hairy elephants that have walked this earth
However the Wooly Mammoth is the only error that I haven't been able to solve yet with no mention of what species of mammoth it using the show
So tomorrow into will time travel, back to a time when mobile movies didn't exist and if we wanted to watch a movie or tv show that didn't air on TV we needed a.....
    DVD PLAYER
Turns out that the DVD version of prehistoric park had a bio for every creature that appeared in cannon
So tomorrow I will finally solve the mystery of what is the Wooly Mammoths cannon species
Then I will come back to the present and change my error of listing the Wooly Mammoth as just Wooly Mammoth as the Zoo Chat community needs more

After spending most of my morning watching the 6-part series Prehistoric Park on my DVD player I have determined that the mammoth species in cannon is supposed to be the Steppe Mammoth
However, there was an error in the cannon that caused the mammoth to be listed as the South African Mammoth
I know that this is an error as Nigel travels to prehistoric Siberia to rescue the mammoth
The South African Mammoth lived in South Africa (obviously) and would have died in the Siberias cold climate
The Steppe Mammoth however, lived in Siberia and loved its cold climate
So, to answer your question FBBird, the mammoth species in Prehistoric Park (or at least in this one) is the Steppe Mammoth

Details: spelling corrections for some creatures
    Pulmonoscorpius
    Phorusrhacid
New names for creatures that don't have names
    Pulmonoscorpius: Penny
    Phorusrhacid: Pauline
    Changes to the game
Fencing for the dangerous creatures such as Matilda (Terrance is tamer and has a calmer personality than Matilda), Desmond, Stowaway, and the Smilodon breeding pair has been changed from wood to metal to prevent turning Prehistoric Park into the next Jurassic World
As for why their enclosures were made of wood, Nigel thought this would be a good idea which led to Matilda breaking out in the finale (my theory is that the Titanosaurs wouldn't be able to destroy metal fencing)

    A) We Listen to Keeper's Bob idea

Consequences: Bob build a Troodon escape-proof enclosure where Stowaway can live peacefully...

Scenario: Nigel plans another Prehistoric Adventure,he plans to rescue animals that are recently extinct and their extinction were caused by man.....

A)19th Century Tasmania to find the last of the Thylacines
B)15th Century Mauritius to find the last of the Dodos
C)18th Century Nordic Isles to find the last of the Great Auks

    B. and C. Nigel chooses B. and C. as he sees potential in building a bird/flying animal area (Think Bronxs Aquatic Bird house but on a larger scale and with a giant dome attached to it.)
With the plan set in motion, Nigel chooses to send two teams to capture some breeding specimens for Prehistoric Park
Nigel goes to bring back the Great Auk and sends a different team forwarded by David, a friend of Nigel's who is commonly seen by Nigel in the series but is never mentioned by name
The expeditions are successes as Nigel brings back 1.3 Great Auk and David brings back 2.4 Dodos
    Scenario
With Dodos and Great Auks off his mind Nigel chooses some more species he would like to have a Prehistoric Park
    Do we.....
    A. Send David to go after the Anthropornis (living version of Zoo Tycoon 2s killer penguin) while Nigel goes after the Argentavis (giant vulture)
    B. Send David and Nigel to go on a linked expedition to prehistoric New Zealand (Zoofan15 would like this) to find the Harpagornis (giant eagle...like big enough to snatch up a ostrich-sized animal and carry it away), the Giant Moa (the ostrich-sized animal from earlier), the Kairuku (penguin....literally just a penguin), and the Adzebill (half terror bird-half emu)
    C. Forget about the bird project
(Note: Although we have no budget we have to look at this realistically, we just opened plus we remodeled two old exhibits and we have to build two exhibits for the new arrivals.....although those exhibits would be small and cheap)

The Death and Injury Report has been added to the news!
This is a small section in the news that lists all Prehistoric Park deaths and injuries......both human and animal
    Deaths
    RIP: Juvenile Unnamed Ornithomimus
Cause of death: killed by Stowaway
    Injuries

The mission was a success and they returned with 1.1 Giant Moa, 3.4 Kairuku, 3.3 Adzebill, but failed to capture a Harpagornis and promised to return later to try again. The captured birds remain in holding pens pending the completion of their bird exhibit.

Nigel knows budget is likely to become a restricting factor for the growth of Prehistoric Park, and tries to find ways to produce revenue for the park. Bob suggests building a tall, reinforced steel and concrete platform, to provide a feeding experience with the Titanosaurs (just like a Giraffe experience but taller) and charging £1500 per person:

    Do we?
    A. Build the platform and run the experience at £1500pp
    B. Build the platform and run the experience at another price
    C. Don't build the platform or run the experience

    B. Build the platform and run the experience at £400pp
Nigel desides to build the platform but to run the experience at £400pp (as £1500pp= almost 2000 US $
£400pp= about 500 US $) because he figures that families won't want to pay 2000 US dollars to feed dinosaurs
It'll also come with a behind the scenes tour of Prehistoric Park
    Scenario
The Bronx Zoo loves our work with extinct animals and has heard that we are building are bird building
They have offered us 3.6 Inca Terns and 1.2 Humbolt Penguins for our 0.0.3 Ornithomimuses
    Do we......
    A. Accept the terns but decline the penguins
    B. Accept the penguins but decline the terns
    C. Accept both

Wow, £400 seems insanely cheap considering these will be the only Titanosaurs on the planet - but that's just my opinion haha, would be interesting to see what others think.

As there's no option to decline all, I shall go with C - accept both. If we have to trade in our status as the only park with dinosaurs, we might as well get the best deal in return.

    Scenario
A zoo in England has offered us 1.2 Komodo Dragons to display in our park, but have asked for our only Meganeura in return, to display in a butterfly walkthrough type exhibit. Do we:

    A. Decline the offer
    B. Accept the offer
    C. Attempt to postpone the deal until we can capture another Meganeura, so we do get rid of the species from the park
