I'd have to say im against this, puppies need a stable enviroment with the rules ect with this 'rent a puppy' life they'd live, confusion as to rules, obedience and manners are flushed down the drain setting the puppy up for failure :(

So what happens to them when they are too old to be cuddly puppies?
What happens if one injures someone?
Who is there to protect the puppies from clients who don't understand that they are living, immature, poop machines?

Seems like another way to exploit animals without due consideration for the animals' welfare. Maybe this can give PETA something to concentrate on in 2013

I totally agree with you, and plus I would miss the dog when I have to give it up
