Como Park Zoo & Conservatory has emerald Tree Boa mixed with Dyeing Poison Dart Frog & Green-and-Black Poison Dart Frog

Lake Superior Zoo has Kookaburra mixed with Green Iguana

I think Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo had Red Tegu mixed with various birds.

Minnesota Zoo used to have an extravagant mix of species in its American Beaver exhibit that included Muskrat, Hooded Merganser, Redhead, Wood Duck, Green-Winged Teal, Common Loon, Snowy Egret, Bank Swallow, Spiny Softshell, Painted Turtle, Blanding's Turtle, Tiger Salamander, Leopard Frog, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Bullhead, Carp, & Fathead Minnow. This unfortunately had to end, as the exhibit was later switched to chlorinated water.

Cincinnati keeps a boa constrictor along with their poison dart frogs and Cleveland Metroparks has a similar setup but with an emerald tree boa instead.

In part because it was so small, the now-closed Reptile House at The Baltimore Zoo had a lot of mixed-species herp exhibits. Some of the most recent examples that I remember are:

Emerald Tree Boa, Blue Poison Dart Frog, Lemur Tree Frog
Panamanian Golden Frog and Annulated Boa
Frilled Lizard, Inland Bearded Dragon, White's Tree Frog
Madagascar Tree Boa, Madagascar Leaf-Nosed Snake, Tomato Frog
Chinese Crocodile Lizard, Emperor Newt, Oriental Fire-Bellied Toad, Oriental Fire-Bellied Newt
Gila Monster, Mexican Kingsnake, and Mexican Tree Frog
Shingleback Skink and Storr's Monitor Lizard
    White-Eyed Python and Pacific Boa
    Mata-Mata and Red-Headed Side-Necked Turtle
Puerto Rican Boa and Puerto Rican Crested Toad
Indian Tent Turtle and Spotted Pond Turtle
Pancake Tortoise, African Fat-Tailed Gecko, Warren's Armadillo Lizard

Today, the zoo has Leopard Tortoise and Spur-Thighed Tortoise, Slender-Snout Crocodile with African Mud Turtle (Nile Softshell Turtle was historically in the mix as well, but did not work out well), and Common Snapping Turtle with Bobcat (historically it was with Red Fox before that species was phased out). The Timber Rattlesnakes and Copperheads in the Maryland Wilderness Cave also used to be together.

It's not something I've seen very often, but off the top of my head I've seen:

    - Safari Zoo Cumbria - during the Summer months they have their African spurred tortoises in the same enclosure as the giant anteaters and sloths, but move them to their own indoor enclosure in the colder months.
    - Lakeland Wildlife Oasis - They have a Jamaican boa that shares its enclosure with Jamaican anole lizards and Caribbean hermit crabs. Their red-footed tortoises also share their enclosure with cane toads (though I couldn't spot the cane toads on my last visit).

I’ve seen a video of a mixed exhibit on WeChat, it’s in Guangzhou Zoo and it houses iguana, python, tortoise and turtles together.

I’ve seen a photo of an exhibit in Beijing Zoo puts green iguanas and Boa constrictor together, their natural range overlaps and in the wild BC preys on iguanas.

Cairns Aquarium cohabs a lot of their reptiles with other animals, both with other reptiles and nonreptiles.

Green Tree Python is mixed with Green Tree Frog, Eastern Rainbowfish and Redclaw Crayfish, and in another tank, Green Tree Python is mixed with Eastern Snakeneck Turtle.

Fly River Turtle is mixed with Jardine River Turtle, Stirling's Snapping Turtle, Eastern Snakeneck Turtle, Eastern Rainbowfish, Guppy and Redclaw Crayfish, and in another tank, Fly River Turtle is mixed with Rock Flagtail.

Freshwater Crocodile is mixed with Krefft's River Turtle, Coal Grunter, Forktail Catfish and Snakehead Gudgeon.

Bluetongue Skink is mixed with Frillneck Lizard.

Emerald Tree Monitor is mixed with some kind of skink.

Common Tree Frog is mixed with Stoney Creek Frog.

Some kind of snake (I think Keelback Snake) is mixed with Firetail Gudgeon.

juvenile Saltwater Crocodile with Striped Scat.

At one point there was a Krefft's River Turtle in the river monsters tank (which I only ever saw in there once, I don't know if it's still in there or not), which means it was mixed with Freshwater Whiptail Ray, Mangrove Jack, Barramundi, Gulf Saratoga, Sooty Grunter and Barcoo Grunter.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures also has a few mixed reptile exhibits, including

Freshwater Crocodile + Kreffts River Turtle

    Sawshell Turtle + Jabiru

    Radiated Tortoise + Rhinoceros Iguana

juvenile Saltwater Crocodile + some species of aquatic snake + juvenile Barramundi + juvenile Indo-Pacific Tarpon

Reef HQ has a mix of juvenile Saltwater Crocodile with Barramundi and Strawberry Land Hermit Crab. they also mix some kind of freshwater turtle (Krefft's or Sawshell I believe) with rainbowfish and freshwater shrimp. they used to have Green Sea Turtle with a variety of sharks, rays, sawfish, large fish and small reef fish, but the sea turtles have since been taken off display.

AQWA has at one point mixed Flatback Sea Turtle with various sharks, rays and fish. I don't know of they still have this mix.

    Staten Island Zoo:
The large Sonoran Desert exhibit in the Reptile Wing has a mix of Nine-banded Armadillo, roadrunner, beaded lizard, and Colorado River Toad.

    The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore:
A somewhat recent addition to the Bobcat exhibit is a Common Snapping Turtle.

In Chilean zoos I've seen red-eared and painted sliders mixed with at least one of these: Yacare caiman, Spectacled caiman, Dwarf crocodile, Indo-chinese water dragon and Green iguana.

I remember Buin Zoo historically mixing Leopard, red-footed and yellow-footed tortoises.

Scovill had tufted deer with some turtles (painteds and red eared sliders), I know this isn’t quite the right thread, but I wasn’t sure where else to put it.

Pairi Daiza keeps Amethystine pythons, Parker's snake-necked turtles and Australian zebra finches in 1 enclosure.
Also in Pairi Daiza they keep American alligators along with pound sliders.
Zoo Antwerp(en) has no longer spectacled caimans, they replaced them with American alligators in 2020.

Aside from mixed turtle/tortoise exhibits, I would say Asian forest tortoise+saltwater crocodile in Taman Safari Bogor and reticulated python+Indochinese rat snake+gold-ringed cat snake+red-tailed green rat snake in Ragunan Zoo.
