he's talking about the space between the Bird House and the Reptile and Primate house on the other. I think they intend it as green space. Used to be nice waterfowl exhibits and river otter.
From November 20th to January 30th, 11 calves/foals have been born to six species of hoofstock, including: three Speke's gazelles, one Soemmerring's gazelle, two addax, two lesser kudu, two lowland nyala, and one Grévy's zebra. The zebra foal is already on exhibit with its mother, weather permitting.
