I finally visited the zoo on saturday, since I was in town for a kennel club meeting without my dogs. It was... interesting. The map on the website, in the brochures, etc. has all sorts of inaccuracies at this point. Going counter clockwise from bottom left:
-Morgan Visitors Center is still closed, it's been a few years
-No titi monkeys in the sloth enclosure, no signs for them
-No sign of sandhill cranes or patagonian cavies, enclosures look barren
-Same for birds of prey enclosure, which has no signage beyond a donation plaque
-The spectacled owl enclosure no longer exists, only the frame is still there
-No clue if there's still guanaco, but the enclosure isn't visible from anywhere
-There's a bald eagle enclosure in the bottom left corner of the guanaco yard; it's clearly been there a long time, yet isn't on the map
-No beaver, there's still signs but I don't think one lives in there. It's primarily an aviary.
-I didn't see any sign of the spider monkey enclosure, and didn't realize I forgot to look for it until I got home. Not sure if it exists or not.
-Cotton-top tamarins are in with the south american ducks.
-Barnacle geese exhibit is empty, with signs saying nothing lives there.
    -No turtle exhibit.
-There's some other bird species in with the burrowing owl, not sure what.
-The bobcat enclosure no longer exists, it was removed for the australia exhibit.
-Australia is completely missing from the map - there's two aviaries and a wallaby yard. News articles say there's supposed to be a reptile building, but there was no indication of even the beginning of that being built.
-The "bistro" (it's a counter where you can order hot dogs and whatnot) isn't on the map and is very hard to find.

Signs were all over the place, some completely across the path from the animals' exhibit, others up way too high for kids to see or behind plants. Many of the animals weren't out, or were barely visible. The only photo I took with my "real" camera was of a macaw hiding up a tree.

Some enclosures were extremely out of date. The jaguar's is tiny and mostly cement. It's practically the same size as the ocelot exhibit. Part of the bears' area is a pit. The prairie dog area looks uninhabitable. The bison area was very overgrown and unkempt, I was surprised to find 2 animals in there; it looks like a horse pasture years after the owners have moved out. The new australia area is very nice and shiny, but they really need to care for the animals and exhibits they already have before bringing in new species! I rarely saw spots for food or clean water, and access to indoor areas wasn't visible for many animals (and I looked really hard).

I uploaded about 150 photos, mainly of paths and signs.

I'm not surprised at all :( I believe that leaves just his daughter, then? There were only two out when I was there. I'm really hoping they transfer her and take some time to do up the bison enclosure.
