Seems a bit iffy to me.

The link above says "It will have a small zoo with zebras, camels, beautiful birds from around the world."

This link (Samoa's first zoo to open next July) says "elephants, giraffes, peacocks and more by next July."

The Animal Protection Society rightly says that there is no expertise in Samoa for a zoo. Further, there is (according to this article) only one paid veterinarian on the islands (who works for their MAF) and one volunteer vet with the APS.

Any updates on the zoo? I know by recent posts it was to be named “Samoa Safari Amusement Park” and supposed to be opening like this month. I know most likely COVID-19 messed plans up but I couldn’t find anything on Google.
