Conservation center planned at Gangotri : India's first Snow leopard conservation center to come up at Gangotri
Hard to tell exactly what this will be (though I am all for anything that promotes snow leopard conservation). From what I can gather it is just a building that will be a sort of education center (similar to the visitor's centers in US national parks) as well as a place for training researchers. May or may not provide housing for researchers?
