I'm applying for an animal care position. The requirements are at least one year of experience working with wildlife; and a high school diploma/GED at least, or a bachelor's degree at most, for academic qualification.

I have a diploma and an associate's. I have an additional two years of wildlife experience that I hope would compensate for not having a bachelor's (2 more years of college).

Anyhow, should it only be one page long - or can it be one page or more longer? Is it supposed to detail ALL of my wildlife care experience?
