Due to the government shutdown the zoo and the rest of the Smithsonian museums are closed to the public. From the zoo's website: Government Shutdown FAQs

I think that's an old photo. The zoo had one Speke's Gazelle from 1996 to 2010, when it was euthanised due to age-related health issues.

The zoo posted this list of animal updates, including some birth announcements (including a kiwi chick!).

Let's just hope and pray she'll have cubs. It's been over a year since any Amur tiger cubs were born in an AZA zoo, if I'm not mistaken.

Aren't the zoos other tigers Sumatran? Or have they been completely replaced by Amur now?

Judging from their website, they seem to still have one Sumatran tiger left, named Damai.

That is correct. Damai is still at the zoo and no longer recommended to breed. Their tiger breeding is now focused on the Amur tigers.

Is she no longer recommended for breeding because she rejected her last cub?

I am unsure of the reason behind it. It may also be because she had two litters (one being the rejected cub) and her genes are well represented.
