Tram service was lousy for the zoo being so busy today,Cleveland zoo is very hilly and the wait to ride the tram to the cat and primate was about an hour, we didn't wait we walked, too many vendors closing early ( I guess they don't want people spending money ), Quality of gift shop items continues to go down year after year, so many little things that just disappoint me about the Cleveland Zoo and I've been a member for years. New African Elephant Crossing was nice but no inclusion of other LARGE african animals, It would be nice to have Rhinos and a future Hippo included in the exhibit. Cleveland is a GOOD zoo just not a GREAT zoo.
