I want to know how to apply suitable test statistics for the blood baseline evaluation of captive animals. The animals are few in number, so general test statistics, as far as i know, fail to explain this. So anyone have any ideas for this???

You might want to send a private message to perceptron with your question. He is the local statistics expert here.
