ZooChatters in the London area might be interested in the forthcoming evening talk “Dinosaurs of Victorian London” which is on the subject of the dinosaur statues at Crystal Palace.

This talk will be at 6:30pm on Tuesday 23rd June 2015 at University College; afterwards there will be the opportunity to visit University College’s Grant Museum of Zoology to see the “Strange Creatures” exhibition.

For details of the talk and the exhibition see the link below;-

    What's on

I have been to several evening events at this fascinating zoology museum; they are always interesting and enjoyable.

This talk sounds very cool. I wish that I lived in London so I could go!

Hello David. I may go to the Late Night Opening at the Natural History Museum next Friday. Have you got any questions I can ask the tenrec specialist, if he attends?

You at least live in the right country, continent, and hemisphere, Dave, so you have that advantage over me at least.

Shame no zoo tries this now - accurate outdoors paleoart. Some have fiberglass dinosaurs that are out of date but not accurate paleoart sculpture.
