Welcome to Zoobeat, Paul. Thanks for the link, looks interesting! I looked down the list of 'extinct' zoos and found the one in Hull; my hometown. I knew we had one but I didn't realise that's how the Old Zoological Pub got it's name. There's a pub just up the road from it called the Polar Bear which may also be related to that.
