Most of the diversity comes from introducing animals from other places All of those species are present in NM, AZ, and other surrounding states.

For Australia I’d probably change Perentie to Emu because they’re larger and the Country of Australia fought a freaking war against the Emus and lost. Emu War - Wikipedia
I have taken the black bear because it is more Common than the gryzzly and Polar bears and the black bear can often be Seen in urban Environments .
