You've missed Longleat off your list! Or do Safari Parks not count as zoos for this survey?

I am not in a position to vote as I have never been to Drayton Manor, even if I had visited I am not sure I like the idea of mixing a zoo with fairground rides, the two should be separate, having rides at a zoological establishment detracts from the zoological message serious zoo are trying to get across regarding education and conservation. The same, to a certain extent can be said about safari parks, after more than forty years in existence in this country, what have any of them contributed to animal conservation and breeding of endangered species?, not much I would suggest, they are very enjoyable to visit I must say, but in reality they have not progressed much further than for what they were originally intended, i.e. making lots of money for their owners.
