Does anyone know if the polar bear cub is out on exhibit at certain hours of the day only? I suspect they won't have him out all day long and I don't want to drive there only to find out that I missed him

He is super cute!! The exhibit is great and lots of room for visitors to see him. I hung out for about an hour watching him sleep and then play. He's fascinated with a tree and the fence chewing on both. He looks like a little toddler still learning to walk and find his legs. Truly adorable.

Quartz92 I tried to attach a photo by clicking on the paperclip and it didn't work. How do I post them?

I was at the zoo yesterday ... glorious day!

I saw two emu babies ... probably about a foot tall already and they were racing around the exhibit! Fun to watch for sure!

The baby joey was sticking its head out of mommy's pouch!

Don't forget the Pygmy Hippo, Ring-Tailed Lemur, Babirusa, and Capybara births, along with some African Penguin hatchings.

Is it just me or does the Suns article sound like the Zoo is trying to hide something. I know they arent but way to make it sound like the zoo is a secretive organization. Some people need to learn how to research and write.

The baby Kudu born during the summer is a male and has been named Odin. The baby zebra is a female and appears to be just fine on exhibit. The cheetahs are enjoying the new baby zebra and have been stalking from across the walkway. Not sure why the zoo wouldn't make an official comment, but they were probably trying to keep the focus solely on Hudson's birthday party.

Does anyone know where the 2008 foal "Kali" ever went? I never did read anything on where she ended up, presuming she has moved to another zoo. I know her older sister "Zebrina" went to White Oak, where she could very well have become a mother by now.
